Annual Review
Each year we produce an annual review, detailing our achievements for the year. The review is a summary of the trustee report which is sent to the Charity Commission and gives examples of what the organisation has been doing.

Watford Mencap has been successful in retaining its "Investors in People" accreditation, which was first awarded in 2002. The assessor highlighted the high quality of training provided and the commitment shown throughout the organization to staff development.
