There are many different ways you can volunteer and support Watford Mencap and we are sure you will make new friends and learn new skills. Some volunteering opportunities are regular activities, but if you feel you can't commit to something regularly, we are always looking for volunteers to help at one-off events. We will pay for reasonable travel expenses - why not give it a go?

- Admin Support Volunteer at our Head Office in Rickmansworth
We are looking for a volunteer to come in for 3 hours a week to support the HR Department with general office duties. For a full role description please click here.

- Children and Young People's Activities Volunteers
We are looking for volunteers to support the Children and Young People’s Service staff team to provide fun and exciting opportunities to children and young people aged 4 – 19 with a learning disability at Watford Mencap Children Centre and various locations in the community. We have a number of exciting vacancies for volunteers in our Advice and Information Service for 3 to 5 hours / week. Based at Watford Mencap's main office you will be supporting our Advice and Information Service to provide comprehensive, effective "person-centred" advice to people with learning disabilities and their families and carers.
