The service works by helping people to use Self-Directed Support to design, organise and purchase their own services to meet their individual preferences and lifestyle goals.
Some people need lots of help to turn their dreams into reality. Others need just a little advice and guidance to get them started.
With support from New Solutions, people can set up a life that really works for them and where they are in control.
