Community Support Service
Community Support is a one-to-one service for people with a learning disability. We visit people in their own homes as well as in the community. Our service has received an Excellent rating from the Care Quality Commission for the last three years. We work in a person-centred way to support clients to reach their goals.
We can support you with everyday living and social skills, such as budgeting, healthy eating, shopping, going out to have fun, using public transport, attending appointments and advocacy.
