Leisure Together
Leisure Together is a service that enables people with mild to moderate learning disabilities (aged 18 years and above) to enjoy social events by sharing mutual interests and hobbies with other participants and volunteers.
Two co-ordinators organize events ranging from bowling, golf and football to quiz nights, meals out, craft workshops and IT classes in groups or as one-to-one activities.
We continue to enjoy support from Watford Girls Grammar School who let us us their IT facilities on a weekly basis to enable us to run computer lessons for our members. Their art department makes it possible for us to run regular craft sessions which are very popular with our clients.
