Watford Mencap relies on voluntary help and contributions to carry on our essential work. We hope you can assist us in continuing and expanding our work, whether you represent a company or another organisation, or whether you feel, as an individual, that you would like to participate in our work.

- Dress Down Day
- Everyone must give something up - a fine if you give into temptation!
- Bring in food to share at lunchtime and donate what you have saved in not going to the sandwich shop
- Office sweepstakes - anything from the Grand National to the Eurovision Song Contest
- Sponsored job swap, everyone has to spend half a day learning to do someone else's job and be sponsored for doing so!
- Small office competitions eg, guess the number of sweets in a jar at reception
- Donate an hour of your time - employees donate what they would have earned in an hour
- A sponsored silence - ask your friends and family to give you money in exchange for being quiet!
