Carers
We will be sharing experiences, identifying available resources and
highlighting the gaps, providing feedback to planners and service
providers and exploring the following areas:
- Support Planning - whose responsibility and who does the detail?
- Working with a care manager - where do their responsibilities lie?
- Brokerage - how does it work, who does it and who pays for it?
- Keeping it personal - who is really in control?
- Finding the right provider - who's out there, do we need them and how do we find them?
- Making sure it happens - or do we do it ourselves?
