National Playday

National Playday was a great success... Watford Mencap joined in the local celebrations at the Rickmansworth Aquadrome and held a cuddly toy tombola. The public were also able to ask for information about Watford Mencap and the services we provide. Children went away delighted with their teddies and tigers. We raised more than £200 which was great and had several enquiries about volunteering oppoprtunities too.

Have you got a Head for Heights?!
Do you fancy scaling the Harlequin for Watford Mencap? On Sunday September 7th 08 John Lewis in Watford are organising an abseil for all our friends and supporters to take up a challenge and raise money for us.
Minimum target sponsorship is £100 per person.
