A Cracking Performance by the Revue Variety Company

On Tuesday the 15th November the Revue Variety Company presented Watford Mencap with a cheque for £1000, from the proceeds of their production ‘Musical Memories’. They chose Watford Mencap as their charity for this production as one of the members, Doug Stanley, has a cousin with a learning disability who uses Watford Mencap’s services.

The money that was kindly donated will go towards Watford Mencap’s Leisure Together group. Leisure Together provides activities for adults with learning disabilities, such as bowling, pool, dancing and crafts.

‘Musical Memories’ is a brilliant mixture of signing, comedy and dance. There are a number of scenes that will have you laughing your socks off. Tickets are still available for the Friday and Saturday shows. For more information please call 01923 265310.

Watch out for the Revue Variety Company’s next production ‘The Show Is On’, which will be staging between the Monday 2nd and Saturday 7th May.
