Aldenham School organise another successful fun day for Watford Mencap

On Saturday 25th June, staff and pupils at Aldenham School organised a fun day for Watford Mencap. 20 members of Watford Mencap’s Leisure Together group attended the event, held at the school.

 The group got to take part in a number of activities including pizza making, arts and craft, a pool tournament and sports and were supported by lower sixth pupils at the school. Aldenham School also provided a delicious lunch to the group.

 Layla Rynn, Leisure Together Coordinator, commented;

‘A big thank you to the staff and students at Aldenham School. Our members thoroughly enjoyed the activities and an impromptu sing song over lunch topped it off.’
