What a year!
Over the past year, Cllr Chris Lloyd, Chair of Three Rivers Council 2014-15 has been supporting Watford Mencap as one of his chosen charities. He’s visited a lot of our projects and supported several of our events including the Secret Art Sale and the Watford 10k in May.
