Impartial Feedback

Watford Mencap has asked the Hertfordshire Care Providers Association (HCPA) to carry out a survey, which will give Watford Mencap more information about what people think about the support and services we provide.

This year we are asking for Feedback in two areas of our service.  Residental Homes and our supported living and community-based services.

We are asking a range of people to complete the survey. We are asking

• People who live in registered care homes
• Paid workers and volunteers
• Family members or close friends of people we support
• Professionals involved in the support of people we support.

Thank you to those who have taken part in the survey. HCPA are collating the results and we will be able to publish them once we have them.
